This little jewel changes the installed position of the speedo cable so it doesn't kink and then break. All 1600's came with this. Be careful not lose the drive pin as many times it is not available without the entire unit. (And yes, we have multiple eyes checking these before they go out the door to make sure we don't ship the 327-16 without the pin)
