PAYMENT
               METHOD.
               
               All Windshields require prepayment with a US Post
               Office money order and are non cancellable non
               returnable orders. A US Post Office Money Order is
               currently clearing faster than anything; usually about
               5 working days. A Western Union Transfer is also
               possible but not necessarily quicker. 
               
               DELIVERY
               or PICKUP. 
               Add
               charge of $115-$155 for packing and delivery within
               the '48 states. One of our drivers may be able
               to meet you locally with bare glass (call 5 days in
               advance) and avoid most if not all of these charges.

               SHIPPING
               DATE.
               
               Windshields we stock here are normally shipped within
               7-10 days of the order.
               
               HANDLING
               WINDSHIELDS.
               
               Handle with non-slip gloves. Glass has the capability
               of destroying your hand. Curved glass, ESPECIALLY the
               63-67 1/2, has an EXTREME likelihood of cracking if
               you set it on a table top with the curved ends
               pointing downward. Set it down with the middle flat
               section touching the table and the curves pointing
               skyward; or support it to stand in its bottom edge.
               Any force applied to the curves can CRACK the glass.
               Have a PROFESSIONAL do your installation as you can
               snap a windshield easily by not knowing the tricks. If
               you or your installer purchases and breaks a
               windshield, for ANY reason, it is your loss not ours.
               We did not design or manufacture these windshields.
               There is no warranty on breakage, chipping,
               scratching, marring, etc. etc. NONE. 
               
               RECEIVING
               GLASS FROM CARRIER.
               
               Open in their presence and inspect glass carefully. If
               damaged and driver wants to take it don't give up
               glass or packing without a legibly signed receipt. You
               can ask the particular driver for the phone number of
               their damage claims department and I would suggest
               calling them while driver is there. Follow their
               instructions to the letter and contact us immediately
               as well by fax, email, or phone. Not following the
               shipper's instructions can void your claim. They will
               most likely arrange a time to meet you and the package
