USED 2000 CYLINDER HEAD #DU11-47
Either a timing chain setup or a failed valve head caused a catastropic failure causing the engine to almost immediately stop. Head and pistons are not beat up by any valve head which would be extremely rare if a valve head failure was the cause. Maybe if the engine was idling REALLY slow or being started it might not do damage but the engine was running long enough to give each valve a chance to get hit and bend. This sometimes is caused by a head that is overmilled but this has hardly been cut. Average cut .011-.012"
Warpage top or bottom if any is .002-.003

Average thickness at front of head is 4.520"

Average thickness at rear of head is 4.515"

Average thickness of head is 4.5175
