Someone went to a lot of work to have a useable rack; they took a more common larger rack from a bigger sportscar and cut a piece out of it and welded it back together so it would fit on their roadster. Would still take work on the welds before chroming to have a nice looking piece; just utilitarian as it is now.

Delivery "size weight" (dimensional weight) is 25 pounds which is what the box is billed at.

True weight is 9 pounds so parts that can be packed to fit in the same box can travel for zero change in shipping. Only the insurance will change.
