GEAR INFO: Used gears are WORN gears. They are useable in that they have no broken/banged up teeth; and the wear between the teeth has not reached what WE consider the "toss-it" point. Buy new ones if you want new ones; or a timing kit. In a perfect world where new gears were $30 a piece; (as it once was) who would install used gears? Those were the days. How many miles will your car really see after this repair? If we come across some fantastic ones they will be listed separately; ones below par are tossed in the gears box marked "Scrap Steel."
